Browsers are the lifeline of the Internet, you can't browse without one so how are you reading this page?

Most browsers listed here are based on Mozilla's excellent Gecko Engine which was derived from the old Netscape browser the Microsoft where determined to crush.

Many Web Designers and IT Managers prefer Firefox for the peace of mind due to its high stability and high conformance to W3C standards which saves having to check your web design twice, the majority of sites if they work in Firefox tight environment will work just fine on very other browser with maybe a minor tweak.
